Kid Davie is a veteran entertainer with 30 years of experience. Traveling all over the United States, with trips to Japan and Canada. Learning new skills one at a time like juggling, stilt walking, magic, and comedy just to name a few.

Kid starts his school assembly program almost ten feet tall. Entering on stilts and telling the kids he has a really big show planned. Then he takes them off, showing just exactly how it is done. Once on the ground he does some plate spinning with various stunts. All of this is balance related, so he then talks to the kids about a balanced diet and living a balanced life.

Next some magic, Kid makes money appear out of mid air. The coin is examined and marked by a student. In the flash of an eye, the coin is gone again. This time it is in one of three sealed cans. Two of the cans hold vegetables, the third is dog food. This is when Kid explains that life is full of choices, and compares the dog food to drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. A person making good choices has a good life. The coin is then found in a can of vegetables chosen by the student.

The next segment is comedy juggling to music. Starting with just one ball and working his way up to five. The lesson here is to dream big, but to make short term goals along the way to reach the higher ones in life. If you miss, you don’t quit. You just try again!

Two well behaved students are asked to come on stage for the next effect, a toilet paper unrolling competition. Here the rules are simple unroll the paper as fast as you can, the best way you know how. After giving the students a head start, Kid reaches into a bag for a leaf blower. After winning he explains that he did not cheat, it just looked like it. The leaf blower is the best way he knows how! He knew something the students did not. It is about the value of education. Without it you have to work harder and you will not get as far. A lesson well demonstrated is a lesson learned.

Then to wrap up the show, Kid recruits six teachers to be his hand bell band. This is a very funny skit, the teachers struggle to do what seems to be so easy. Before it is over they look something like the village people! Not to play YMCA, but twinkle, twinkle little star. Although mostly fun, this too has a message. It is about cooperation and how you can accomplish so much more when you cooperate with people, like teachers, coaches, and parents!

This is a general overview. The entire show lasts approximately forty minutes.

A fun show with important messages that they will not forget!
